Typical estimated labor prices PER ITEM for repair, service and restoration are as follows (Does not include parts or tubes, the labor costs for your specific equipment may vary): Power Amplifiers and Guitar Amps $150-650; Preamps and Processors $150-450; Stereo Receivers and Tape Recorders $300-$600; FM Tuners $150-500. Proper service depends upon availability of special components. We have access to stocks of rare NOS and good used parts, of the types often seen in vintage tube audio and hi-fi equipment.
Modifications or Custom Designs: $85/hr plus parts. (No express warranty on custom or modification jobs) Please provide or request any custom parts, capacitors, resistors etc. along with your equipment.
Please Note: We do not perform cosmetic restoration of electronic equipment. We do not repair consumer video or television equipment. We also do not repair antique AM/FM radios except by special agreement. All repair and restoration work is warranted for a period of 90 days. All tubes and replacement parts are warranted for a period of 90 days. No express warranty on custom or modification work.
